Step 1: Sign in through the Disney Plus website
Open Disney Plus in your browser and sign in to the account you want to manage. Once you are logged in, click your profile icon in the top-right corner and choose Account from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Cancel your subscription
In the Subscription section, select your active Disney Plus plan. Then click Cancel Subscription, follow the prompts, and confirm the cancellation when Disney asks you to complete it.
Step 3: Confirm the expiration date
Check your email for a cancellation confirmation and revisit the Account page to verify that the renewal date has changed to an expiration date. You should keep access until that final date.
